Team News: Nottingham Forest without Henri Lansbury, Jack Hobbs for Preston FA Cup tie

Suspended midfielder Henri Lansbury and recalled loan star Henri Lansbury are unavailable for Nottingham Forest's FA Cup fourth-round match with Preston North End.

Nottingham Forest are without key duo Henri Lansbury and Jack Hobbs for their FA Cup fourth-round clash with Preston North End tonight.

Loan star Hobbs has been recalled by parent club Hull City and therefore is not available to take his usual place in the centre of Forest's defence.

Greg Halford deputises in a back four which also includes Eric Lichaj, who returns in favour of Dan Harding at full-back after missing two games through injury.

Lansbury is serving a ban, so Radoslaw Majewski is recalled to fill the void left by the reported Fulham target in midfield, while Simon Cox continues in attack having watched from the bench during Halford's run as a makeshift forward.

Preston are also missing a leading figure through suspension, with experienced striker Kevin Davies forced to sit out of the match at the City Ground after being sent off against Coventry City last weekend.

Former Forest forward Joe Garner leads the North End line and is joined in Simon Grayson's starting XI by recalled midfielders Chris Humphrey and Josh Brownhill, who replace Davies and Lee Holmes.

Forest: Darlow; Jara, Halford, Collins, Lichaj; Vaughan, Mackie, Majewski, Reid, Paterson; Cox
Subs: De Vries, Harding, Lascelles, Moussi, Abdoun, Henderson, Derbyshire

Preston: Rudd; Wiseman, Clarke, Wright, Buchanan; Welsh, Brownhill, Kilkenny, Humphrey; Gallagher, Garner
Subs: Stuckmann, King, Laird, Hume, Beavon, Holmes, Keane
