Norwich City eye Ricky van Wolfswinkel swoop?

Norwich City are reported to be considering a surprise move for Sporting Lisbon striker Ricky van Wolfswinkel.

The 23-year-old Dutchman has previously been linked with Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United.

However, Norwich could now try to bring the forward to Carrow Road as they look to boost their attacking options, according to Sky Sports News.

Van Wolfswinkel, who has scored six goals in 20 games this season, signed a five-year deal with Sporting when he joined them from Utrecht in 2011.
