Newcastle United goalkeeper Rob Elliot has reportedly been made a summer transfer target of Fulham manager Kit Symons.
It is believed that the Greenwich-born 29-year-old is eager to leave the Magpies due to a lack of starting opportunities, as well as habouring a desire to return to London.
That has captured the attention of Symons, who is eager to bolster his goalkeeping ranks before the start of next season, according to the Newcastle Evening Chronicle.
Elliot joined Newcastle from Charlton Athletic four years ago, but he has gone on to make only 22 appearances in all competitions.
