Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew has been charged with misconduct by the Football Association.
The charge relates to an incident which occured during Newcastle's 2-1 win over Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday.
Pardew pushed linesman Peter Kirkup after complaining that the ball had gone out for a throw-in during a Spurs attack in the second period.
Pardew has until 4pm on August 23 to respond to the charge.
