Team News: Lorenzo Insigne on bench for Lazio clash

Lorenzo Insigne has been left out of Napoli's starting lineup as they try to beat Lazio in order to secure Champions League football.

Rafael Benitez, who takes charge of Gli Azzurri for the final time before a likely move to become Real Madrid boss, has opted for Gonzalo Higuain up front, with Marek Hamsik, Dries Mertens and Jose Callejon forming an attacking midfield three behind the Argentine international.

Miguel Britos is missing for the hosts after picking up a red card in their defeat away to champions Juventus last time out, but January signing Manolo Gabbiadini must make do with a place among the substitutes.

Meanwhile, Lazio manager Stefano Pioli has left out Lucas Biglia for the trip to the San Paolo after the midfielder was unable to shake off an injury problem in the build-up to the game.

Stefan Radu is also not included in the matchday squad and Miroslav Klose is named on the bench for Le Aquile.

Although Lazio have a far superior goal difference to Napoli, the Neapolitans can seize third place with a victory as they would have a better head-to-head record against the Romans.
