Napoli captain Marek Hamsik has claimed that he has no intentions of departing the club in the near future.
The Slovakian midfielder has been a mainstay for the Naples outfit since his arrival in 2007 and has dismissed fresh rumours linking him with an exit during the January transfer window.
"When my current contract expires, I will be 31 years old. My head is here and not elsewhere," he told Corriere dello Sport.
"I think it would be wonderful to win the Scudetto with Napoli, but it's also great to keep lifting other trophies here and we're in the running for the Europa League.
"I have little more to add to what I've already said: I am happy here and think I've said it so many times that even the rocks know I am happy at Napoli! So until 2018 I am focused on Napoli and nothing else."
Hamsik has made over 300 appearances for Napoli, winning the Italian Super Cup and two Coppa Italia titles.
