Paul Robinson out for season

Millwall boss Kenny Jackett has admitted that he does not expect Paul Robinson to play again this season.

The club captain underwent a hernia operation in the summer, but has managed just three appearances this season.

"His progression is good but I'm not expecting him to come back this season," Jackett told Sky Sports News.

"I think he needs to have a good pre-season and go on from there. But if I'm pleasantly surprised then fantastic. He's out and moving well, which is good."

Millwall currently sit 15th in the Championship table.
