Millwall to borrow Sheffield Wednesday kit

Millwall will take to the field wearing their opponent's away kit from last season during this afternoon's Championship clash at Sheffield Wednesday.

Steve Lomas's men have arrived at Hillsborough with their blue home strip, which clashes with the Owls' traditional blue and white stripes.

The Lions have sent for reinforcements, but the correct kit is unlikely to arrive before kickoff.

Millwall's official Twitter account has hinted that the visitors may begin the match wearing Wednesday's donated kit and then change into their own colours at half time.
