Marcelo Bielsa has suggested that his Marseille side are having a "very complicated moment" after slumping to a shock home defeat against Lorient.
Late goals for Jordan Ayew and Mathias Autret gave the visitors victory at the Stade Velodrome, leaving OM 11 points behind Paris Saint-Germain with four games left.
However, Bielsa has challenged his team to turn things around for themselves.
He is quoted by Ligue 1.com as saying: "We were very disorganised in the second half and totally absent in the first half. This is a very complicated moment for the team, at the most important point of the season. It is not the time to pass on responsibilities, we need to take responsibility ourselves.
"There is no need to look to blame someone. I am obliged to look for solutions. Obviously in these last two defeats it is hard to defend my management. We need to get back to the level we were playing at before.
"We started the match well and in the first 10 minutes the team functioned well and had chances, but their first goal clearly affected the morale of the team. I think it's to do with morale rather than being a physical problem. I feel much more ashamed of the fact we have lost four games in a row than anything else. Of course we are in crisis."
Marseille have now lost four consecutive games in Ligue 1.
