Sports Mole rounds up the latest transfer rumours, including Anthony Gordon to Newcastle United, Nabil Fekir to Aston Villa and Nicolas Jackson to Everton.

Newcastle United are reportedly lining up a fresh offer for Everton attacker Anthony Gordon.

The 21-year-old's future is currently the subject of much speculation, with Chelsea believed to be keen to bring him to Stamford Bridge before the end of the transfer window.

Newcastle are believed to have had a £35m bid rejected last month, and according to Football Insider, the Magpies are now lining up a fresh offer for the Englishman.

The report claims that Eddie Howe's side could allow Allan Saint-Maximin to move on in order to raise funds.

Gordon was a key player for Everton during the 2021-22 campaign, making 40 appearances in all competitions, contributing four goals and three assists in the process.

Meanwhile, Aston Villa are reportedly showing an interest in Real Betis attacker Nabil Fekir.

The 29-year-old joined the Green and Whites from Lyon in 2019, and he has been an important player for the La Liga club, featuring on 118 occasions in all competitions.

Last season, the Frenchman made 47 appearances in all competitions, contributing 10 goals and 10 assists in the process.

According to Fichajes, Villa are interested in the attacker and could make a move before the end of the summer transfer window.

Real Betis are in a strong position when it comes to the forward's future, though, as his contract with the club is due to run until the end of the 2025-26 campaign.

Elsewhere, Everton are reportedly exploring the possibility of signing Villarreal attacker Nicolas Jackson before the end of the transfer window.

The 21-year-old starred in his side's 3-0 win over Real Valladolid on the opening weekend of the 2021-22 campaign, finding the back of the net in the La Liga contest.

According to Football Insider, Everton are admirers of the right-sided attacker, who has a £27m release clause in his current deal with the Yellow Submarine.

The report claims that the Toffees are looking to sign at least one forward before the end of the transfer window due to Richarlison's departure over the summer and Dominic Calvert-Lewin's injury.

Meanwhile, Wolverhampton Wanderers are reportedly preparing to hand Ruben Neves a new contract worth in the region of £100,000 a week.

The Portugal international's future has been the subject of speculation this summer, with a number of clubs said to be interested in the midfielder.

However, according to The Sun, Neves is now expected to stay at Molineux, and he could be handed a new and improved contract in the region of £100,000 a week.

The report claims that Arsenal and Manchester United were both put off by Neves's £60m asking price.

The 25-year-old, who is believed to be on £60,000 a week at Molineux, has played the full 90 minutes in both of his side's Premier League matches this season.
