Manchester United forwards Cristiano Ronaldo and Anthony Martial are set to stay with the club beyond this summer, according to a report.
Ronaldo has often cut a frustrated figure at Old Trafford this season, with one previous report suggesting that the 37-year-old's relationship with Ralf Rangnick has broken down, while another claims the German interim boss has reservations over the legendary forward.
As for Martial, the 26-year-old was shipped out on loan to Sevilla in January after failing to cement a regular place in the starting lineup with the Red Devils, and he is allegedly determined to leave the club permanently next summer.
Despite doubts regarding the futures of both players, the Daily Mail, via Marca, reports that United are happy to keep hold of the attacking duo ahead of the 2022-23 campaign.
The report adds that both Ronaldo and Martial are part of United's plans going forward and the club's hierarchy will look to persuade the pair to stay put next summer.
Ronaldo, who has scored 15 goals in 31 games across all competitions this term, is out of contract in June 2023, while Martial will see his deal expire in the summer of 2025.
