Report: Manchester United, Chelsea eye January move for Seamus Coleman

Manchester United and Chelsea are reportedly considering bids for Everton defender Seamus Coleman in the January transfer window.

The 25-year-old, who has cemented a regular spot in the Toffees' first team over the last few seasons, has struggled with a hamstring problem of late.

During the summer window, United were linked with the full-back, but according to The Express, the Red Devils will return in the January market with £20m offer, along with Chelsea.

The Premier League giants could struggle to prise Coleman out of Goodison Park due to the player having five years remaining on his contract.
