Report: Manchester United plot Gokhan Tore move

Manchester United are reportedly eager to sign former Chelsea trainee Gokhan Tore.

The 22-year-old has impressed during his 18-month stint with Besiktas and has been linked with a host of clubs.

Louis van Gaal is keen to steal a march on other potential suitors by submitting a bid for his services this month, according to Eurosport Turkey.

The report added that Tore, who spent two seasons as a youngster at Stamford Bridge, could be available for around £5m.

The Turkish international is primarily a winger, but he can also operate in the wing-back position.
