Report: Real Madrid to finance Eden Hazard purchase with Gareth Bale sale

Real Madrid are interested in using the money earned from selling Gareth Bale to finance the purchase of Chelsea's Eden Hazard, according to reports.

Real Madrid have expressed an interest in signing Chelsea midfielder Eden Hazard should Gareth Bale leave for Manchester United, according to reports.

The 25-year-old Welshman has been linked with a move back to the Premier League this winter, with speculation claiming that the Red Devils could offer £90m for the Wales international.

According to the Daily Star, the Bernabeu outfit would use the money from Bale's sale to finance a move for Hazard, with Real manager Carlo Ancelotti reportedly a huge admirer of the Belgian international.

Hazard has also been linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain.
