Manchester United's Paul Pogba 'demanding £13.65m-per-year salary'

Pogba 'demanding £13.65m-per-year salary'

Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba will reportedly demand a significant pay-rise if he leaves Old Trafford this summer.

Pogba is currently nearing the end of his third campaign at Old Trafford, but the France international has recently suggested that he is interested in a future move to Real Madrid.

That will allegedly lead to him requesting an exit from United before the end of his contract, and according to Tuttosport, the 26-year-old also wants a pay-rise.

The report claims that Pogba would want to receive a salary of £13.65m per year at either Real Madrid or Juventus, a figure which would make him the highest-paid player at the Spanish side.

United are said to have no intention of allowing Pogba to leave before the start of next season, despite his contract due to expire in 2021.
