Man United 'will not allow Paul Pogba to leave'

Manchester United will reportedly turn down any approaches which might arrive for French midfielder Paul Pogba in this summer's transfer window.

Pogba has been in fine form for United since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer replaced Jose Mourinho as head coach last December, with the 25-year-old scoring eight times in his last 12 Premier League appearances.

The midfielder recently described Real Madrid as his 'dream club', though, and it has since been reported that the World Cup winner has decided that he wants to leave United this summer.

However, according to the London Evening Standard, the Red Devils 'will resist any move' for Pogba, who has also been linked with switches to Barcelona and Juventus over the last 12 months.

Pogba's current deal with the 20-time English champions runs until the end of the 2020-21 season, although there is an option for a further year, effectively taking his contract to June 2022.
