Valencia and Crystal Palace reportedly both want Donny van de Beek on loan this month, but Manchester United are reluctant to let the Dutchman leave.

Crystal Palace and Valencia have reportedly touched base with Manchester United over a deal for unsettled midfielder Donny van de Beek.

The Netherlands international failed to win over Ole Gunnar Solskjaer before the Norwegian's departure, and the arrival of Ralf Rangnick has not improved his fortunes either.

Rangnick has insisted that he wants Van de Beek to remain at Old Trafford until at least the end of the current season, but the former Ajax man is still being tipped to leave regardless.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Crystal Palace and Valencia are both keen to sign Van de Beek on loan this month, but Rangnick does not want to see the 24-year-old leave.

A straight loan could still be on the cards, but Man United supposedly have no intention of including an option or obligation to buy in any winter deal.

Van de Beek still has three-and-a-half years left to run on his Old Trafford deal but has not started a single Premier League game in the 2021-22 season.
