Nani nears new Manchester United deal

Nani has revealed that he is close to signing a new deal with Manchester United.

The Portuguese winger, who has two years left on his current contract, is thought to be nearing fresh terms that would keep him at Old Trafford until 2016.

"My agent is negotiating with the club on a new deal and things are going very well," the 25-year-old told The Sun.

"I hope at the end of the season an agreement will be reached."

Nani moved to United from Sporting Lisbon in 2007 for around £20m.
