Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho considering Andreas Pereira recall?

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho is reportedly considering handing a January recall to Andreas Pereira, who is currently on loan at Valencia.

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho is reportedly contemplating recalling Andreas Pereira from Valencia during the January transfer window.

Pereira was allowed to move to the La Liga side in August, and the Brazilian has contributed one goals and two assists in eight appearances in Spain's top flight.

However, United can activate a clause in the agreement which would see the 21-year-old return to Old Trafford at the start of 2018, and according to Plaza Deportivo, Mourinho is leaning towards ending the midfielder's time at the Mestalla.

Pereira has previously revealed that he is keen on completing the season at Valencia, who currently sit in second place in the standings after an excellent start to the campaign.

United signed Pereira from PSV Eindhoven in August 2014 but despite being introduced to the first-team setup by Louis van Gaal, the playmaker has been handed just two starts and 11 substitute outings in all competitions.
