Manchester United are reportedly set to delay a potential move for Ajax winger Antony, who has been linked with a move away from the Dutch champions.

Manchester United are reportedly prepared to wait a month before submitting another offer for Ajax winger Anthony.

The 22-year-old scored eight goals and registered four assists in the league last season to help Erik ten Hag's Ajax side lift the Eredivisie title.

As a result of those performances, Antony has been linked with a move away from the Dutch champions, with Ten Hag keen to link up with the Brazil international once again.

However, the Red Devils have struggled in their pursuit of the Brazilian, with United reluctant to meet Ajax's £65m asking price.

As a result, The Sun are reporting that Man United could wait at least one month to make another offer as they weigh up their options.

The Premier League club are also aware that it would be difficult to complete a deal at present, with Antony currently struggling with an ankle injury.
