Report: Manchester United deny £70m Muller bid

Manchester United have reportedly dismissed claims that they have offered Bayern Munich £70m for Thomas Muller.

Reports from German media suggested that United had made an offer for the 25-year-old, but a senior source at the club told the Daily Mirror that no bid has yet been submitted.

Louis van Gaal is reportedly tracking the World Cup winner, whom he worked with during his time as Bayern Munich boss.

United have already signed Bayern midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger this summer.
