Manchester United agree deal to sign Swansea City winger Daniel James?

Man United, Swansea agree terms over James?

Manchester United have reportedly agreed to pay £15m for Swansea City winger Daniel James.

The 21-year-old came close to joining Leeds United during the January transfer window, but remained in Wales and continued to impress at the Liberty Stadium during the second half of the Championship campaign.

James ended the season with four goals and seven assists from 33 outings, and the Daily Mail suggests that United have decided to press ahead with their interest in the player.

The report claims that the two clubs have reached an agreement over a fee, with United prepared to spend £15m in order to sign James on a long-term contract.

Swansea are in a position where they must raise funds this summer, and parting ways with their star man would ease the financial concerns at the Welsh club.
