Man United 'fear Raiola could scupper Haaland move'

Manchester United are reportedly concerned that agent Mino Raiola could scupper their chances of landing Red Bull Salzburg teenager Erling Braut Haaland.

The Red Devils are believed to have been one of a host of clubs to watch Haaland score a first-half hat-trick on his Champions League debut against Genk last week.

An incredible start to the season has seen the 19-year-old - son of former Leeds United and Manchester City midfielder Alf-Inge Haaland - score 17 goals in nine appearances for Salzburg.

United are allegedly keen to complete a deal for the teenage forward, who played under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer at Molde before completing a move to Austrian football.

However, according to The Sun, the fact that super-agent Raiola is advising Haaland could work against the English club when it comes to a potential deal.

Indeed, Raiola is said to have a strained relationship with the Red Devils having been unable to secure a summer move for another of his clients, Paul Pogba.

Haaland has previously claimed that his dream is to win the Premier League title with Leeds due to his father's connections to the now Championship club.
