Stuttgart reportedly value Angelo Stiller at €50m (£43.5m) amid suggestions that Manchester United are considering a move for the midfielder during next summer's transfer window.
The 24-year-old was linked with a move away from Man United over the summer, but he remained with Stuttgart, and the midfielder has made a strong start to the 2025-26 campaign, scoring once and providing four assists in 11 appearances in all competitions.
A number of clubs, including Man United, are said to be keen on the Germany international, and according to Sky Deutschland, Stuttgart would be looking for a fee in the region of €50m (£43.5m) to sell him in 2026.
The report claims that there is a €40m (£34.8m) release clause in Stiller's current deal, but Stuttgart can 'purchase it' for €2m (£1.7m), allowing them to set their own price for him.
Stiller's price could yet rise due to his strong form, while a starring role for Germany at the 2026 World Cup would also certainly see more value added to his current valuation.
Stuttgart 'want at least £43.5m' for in-demand Stiller
Stiller recently said that he would be open to moving abroad at some stage in the future, having watched Florian Wirtz make a big-money switch to Liverpool from Bayer Leverkusen.
"I'm currently not thinking about a move. Generally speaking, I'm interested in moving abroad at some point; I thought Florian Wirtz's decision to go to Liverpool was cool," he told reporters.
"But only one thing is certain for me: At the end of my career, I absolutely want to play in the USA, in MLS. This is 100% my plan, my goal."
Stiller scored four goals and registered 11 assists in 47 appearances for Stuttgart during the 2024-25 campaign, and he now has a record of six goals and 21 assists in 92 appearances for his current side in all competitions.
Would Stiller be a good signing for Man United?
Man United are expected to make at least one but possibly two midfield signings next summer, with Casemiro out of contract in 2026, while there is uncertainty surrounding the futures of Kobbie Mainoo and Manuel Ugarte.
Bruno Fernandes, meanwhile, is expected to consider his future following the 2026 World Cup.
Brighton & Hove Albion's Carlos Baleba remains a leading target for Man United, but Stiller should be seriously considered, as he is capable of contributing both offensively and defensively.
The German has the perfect skill set to thrive in the Premier League, and for €50m (£43.5m), he would be a real bargain, but it is incredibly likely that his price will rise before the end of the 2025-26 campaign.
