Manchester United are reportedly considering the signing of goalkeeper Abdulla Al-Hammadi.
The 20-year-old is currently on trial at Carrington, and he was an unused substitute for the club's Under-21s, as they played out a 1-1 draw with Rochdale in a friendly last weekend.
According to the Manchester Evening News, Man United are now giving serious consideration to handing the youngster a contract, the length of which is unclear at this stage of proceedings.
Hubert Graczyk's departure on a free transfer has opened up a spot in the goalkeeping department at the club, and Al-Hammadi's performances during training are believed to have made a big impression.
Al-Hammadi was on trial with Everton in March, while he previously represented United Arab Emirates Pro League side Al Wasl.
He is also a former UAE Under-18s captain, and there are believed to be a number of opportunities available to him in England, with other Premier League clubs said to be considering taking him on trial.
However, Man United could now hand him a professional contract, which would see him join Andre Onana, Altay Bayindir, Tom Heaton, Elyh Harrison, Radek Vitek, Dermot Mee and William Murdock in the goalkeeping department.

Will Man United sign another first-team goalkeeper this summer?
Al-Hammadi, if he arrives, would boost the Under-21s, so his move would not prevent Man United from bringing in another first-team goalkeeper during this summer's transfer window.
Onana is yet to feature during pre-season due to a hamstring issue, but he has a chance of being back for Saturday's friendly against Fiorentina at Old Trafford.
The Cameroonian's future is far from secure, though, with Man United believed to be keen to bring in a new goalkeeper, especially as number two Bayindir could also move on.
The Red Devils are being linked with the likes of Paris Saint-Germain's Gianluigi Donnarumma, Porto's Diogo Costa and Aston Villa's Emiliano Martinez, but Royal Antwerp's Senne Lammens is a more realistic target.
Onana has struggled during his two seasons at Old Trafford, making a string of high-profile errors, but it will be difficult to shift him this summer due to an apparent lack of interest.
