Saturday's Premier League predictions including Liverpool vs. Aston Villa

Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for all of today's Premier League fixtures, including Liverpool vs. Aston Villa.

Spurs vs. Brentford (Saturday, 12.30pm)

Tottenham Hotspur will endeavour to keep their European hopes alive when they welcome Brentford to North London for a Premier League clash on Saturday lunchtime.

While the hosts have won six of their last eight league matches on home soil, the visitors have suffered defeat in three of their last four games on the road without reply.

We say: Tottenham Hotspur 1-1 Brentford

With both Brentford and Aston Villa nipping at their heels in the race for a top-seven finish, Tottenham can ill-afford to drop any more points if they wish to secure European football for next season.

However, the Bees admirably coped without their talisman Toney last time out, and although Spurs have their own goal machine in Kane, we can see the visitors frustrating the hosts and earning a hard-fought point in the capital.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 2.5 goals.

Bournemouth vs. Man Utd (Saturday, 3.00pm)

Seeking to strengthen their grip on a top-four finish in the Premier League, Manchester United travel to the Vitality Stadium to face Bournemouth on Saturday.

The two teams experienced contrasting results last time out, with the Red Devils securing a two-goal win over Wolverhampton Wanderers and the Cherries losing by the same margin against Crystal Palace.

We say: Bournemouth 1-2 Manchester United

Having secured their Premier League status with two games to spare, the pressure is off Bournemouth heading into Saturday's contest which could play to their strengths in their final home game of the season.

However, there is plenty riding on this fixture for Man United and we expect them to battle their way to victory to keep their Champions League fate in their own hands.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 2.5 goals.

Fulham vs. Crystal Palace (Saturday, 3.00pm)

The final London derby of the 2022-23 Premier League season takes place at Craven Cottage on Saturday afternoon, as Fulham and Crystal Palace continue to amble towards the finish line.

Both sides ran out convincing 2-0 winners in their most recent contests, as Marco Silva's men relegated Southampton while the Eagles strolled past Bournemouth on their own patch.

We say: Fulham 2-1 Crystal Palace

Despite Zaha's undeniable importance to the Palace attack, Hodgson's troops coped just fine without the Ivorian during his previous absence with a groin injury, and Leicester proved a couple of weeks ago that Silva's men can still be prone to a defensive lapse or two.

The Eagles' attacking frailties on the road do not make for pleasant reading, though, and a Fulham side who are just starting to rediscover that winning feeling should come up trumps in the campaign's final capital clash.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 2.5 goals.

Liverpool vs. Aston Villa (Saturday, 3.00pm)

Taking to the Anfield turf for the final time in the 2022-23 Premier League season, Liverpool welcome Aston Villa to Merseyside for Saturday afternoon's showdown.

The Reds are seeking an eighth successive victory to remain on the coat-tails of the top four, while Unai Emery's side still harbour ambitions of a spot on the continent.

We say: Liverpool 2-0 Aston Villa

With their goalscoring powers on the road starting to wane, Villa will travel to Merseyside in hope rather than expectation against a Liverpool side who have proven adept in shutting up shop over the past few weeks.

Emery's men certainly command plenty of respect from their Anfield adversaries, but we cannot envisage any other result than a routine success for Klopp's Champions League-chasing crop.

Our tipster partners are predicting a home win.

Wolves vs. Everton (Saturday, 3.00pm)

A Wolverhampton Wanderers side who have already assured themselves of Premier League safety tackle an Everton outfit still fighting to stave off demotion in Saturday's Molineux matchup.

Both sides fell victim to defeats to the Manchester giants last weekend, as Julen Lopetegui's side lost 2-0 at Old Trafford, while Manchester City put three past the Toffees without reply.

We say: Wolverhampton Wanderers 1-1 Everton

Yet another physical glitch for Calvert-Lewin is far from ideal before a visit to a Wolves side who keep clean sheets for fun at home, but Lopetegui's men may just lose a touch of their resilience with nothing significant on the line.

Even before their freak win at Brighton, Everton proved to be adept at grinding out points on the road, and the Toffees can end Wolves' winning streak on their own patch to take a point back to base - whether it will be enough to keep their heads above water remains to be seen.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 2.5 goals.

Nott'm Forest vs. Arsenal (Saturday, 5.30pm)

Striving to keep their Premier League title hopes alive for at least 24 hours, Arsenal's penultimate game of the season takes them to relegation-battling Nottingham Forest on Saturday evening.

The two teams reconvene at the City Ground on the back of contrasting results last weekend, as the Gunners were humbled 3-0 by Brighton & Hove Albion while the Tricky Trees drew 2-2 with Chelsea.

We say: Nottingham Forest 0-2 Arsenal

The result of Saturday's game may pale into insignificance for Arsenal if Man City can do the business against Chelsea 24 hours later, but Arteta should still get the response he is after against a leaky Forest backline.

Even with the Gunners' morale slowly depleting, facing the title outsiders will be a different kettle of fish to a ponderous Chelsea side for Nottingham Forest, whose fight against the drop could be taken to the final day.

Our tipster partners are predicting an away win.
