Leicester lineup vs. Man United: Predicted XI for Premier League clash as Steve Cooper makes changes

Cooper to ring the changes? Predicted Leicester XI against Man United

Leicester City head coach Steve Cooper may see fit to make a few alterations to his starting XI for Sunday's Premier League clash with Manchester United at Old Trafford.

The Foxes only just snatched a point from winless Ipswich Town last weekend, where Jordan Ayew came off the bench to net a 94th-minute leveller after a smart link-up with Jamie Vardy.

The Ghanaian attacker is one of several candidates to return to the starting lineup here, especially after Stephy Mavididi's poor performance out wide at Portman Road, so a straight swap on the left-hand side may be imminent.

Cooper should leave the rest of the attacking quartet untouched, as Facundo Buonanotte and Abdul Fatawu provide support to Jamie Vardy, who has six goals against Man United from 18 previous clashes.

Boubakary Soumare was also a bright spark off the bench at Portman Road and is pushing to replace Wilfred Ndidi, while James Justin and Caleb Okoli may return over Ricardo Pereira and Jannik Vestergaard.

However, Victor Kristiansen, Harry Winks, Wout Faes and Mads Hermansen are all expected to hold their places for the Foxes, who could also have Patson Daka back from an ankle injury.

Hamza Choudhury (shoulder) and Bobby Decordova-Reid (unspecified) in the same boat, but Jakub Stolarczyk (ankle) is still missing.

Leicester City possible starting lineup: Hermansen; Justin, Faes, Okoli, Kristiansen; Soumare, Winks; Fatawu, Buonanotte, Ayew; Vardy
