Marcus Rashford: 'I am learning from Zlatan Ibrahimovic'

Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford says that he is learning from Zlatan Ibrahimovic and from playing in a wider position than he is used to.

Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford has said that he is looking to learn from Zlatan Ibrahimovic during the Swede's time at the club.

Ibrahimovic's summer arrival has seen Rashford lose his place as United's central striker, with the 19-year-old often being utilised in a wider position so far under Jose Mourinho.

However, the youngster is hopeful that seeing things from a different perspective will help him when he gets another chance through the middle.

"While I've been playing out wide, I've been watching players playing down the middle and it's helping me, to watch the role from a different angle. So when I get a chance to go down the middle it'll be a different feeling and I'll enjoy it," he told MUTV.

"[Ibrahimovic] knows what it takes to win games and to win trophies so there are things to learn from him."

Rashford could get a chance to play through the middle during Saturday's match against Arsenal, with Ibrahimovic suspended and Wayne Rooney reportedly set to start the game on the bench.
