Rafael da Silva: 'Manchester United can still win title'

Manchester United defender Rafael da Silva insists his side are still capable of winning the Premier League title this season.

Manchester United defender Rafael da Silva has insisted that his side can still retain their Premier League crown, despite trailing leaders Arsenal by 13 points.

David Moyes's team travel to Aston Villa this afternoon in search of their first Premier League win in five matches.

"The league table looks strange but we are not that far from fourth place," the Daily Star quotes the Brazilian as saying.

"If we get a good run going, I think we have a chance. We can do 10 games unbeaten – this is Manchester United. This club can always win games. It is not impossible for us to win the title.

"We just need a good run now – we have done it before. Our target is always to win titles – Manchester United is about winning titles."

Rafael is expected to start in today's clash at Villa Park.
