Daley Blind: Manchester United had to be "patient"

Manchester United midfielder Daley Blind says that the side had to be "patient" to clinch a 2-0 win over West Bromwich Albion in the Premier League.

Daley Blind has said that Manchester United were "patient" in their 2-0 win over West Bromwich Albion in the Premier League.

After back-to-back goalless draws in the league, Louis van Gaal's side returned to winning ways thanks to second-half goals from Jesse Lingard and Juan Mata.

After the match, Blind told the club's TV channel: "We were patient. Sometimes it takes a while to get a chance but we've got the points and that's the main thing."

The result keeps United fourth in the Premier League table.
