Daley Blind full of admiration for "honest" Louis van Gaal

Daley Blind has claimed that Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal's honesty is one of his biggest qualities.

The 24-year-old worked with Van Gaal during his time with the Dutch national side before moving to Old Trafford from Ajax last summer, and he believes that his approach is being well received by the United squad.

"I really admire that he's always himself," Blind told Inside United. "He's always really honest to everyone about his ideas and what he wants.

"I think that's a good thing in a person because you know where you stand as a player. That's what I really admire about him."

Van Gaal's side are back in action against Sunderland on Saturday.
