Jones 'faces three weeks on the sidelines'

Manchester United defender Phil Jones could face up to three weeks on the sidelines after suffering a hamstring strain during England's 2-0 win over Switzerland.

The 22-year-old has undergone a scan on the injury, which revealed that he will be out for between two and three weeks, according to the Daily Mail.

Jones is certain to miss this weekend's Premier League clash with Queen Park Rangers, in which new signings Radamel Falcao, Daley Blind, Luke Shaw and Marcos Rojo could all make their debuts.

The Red Devils are yet to win a competitive game under manager Louis van Gaal this season.
