Matheus Cunha has dropped a major hint over his potential availability for Manchester United's Premier League contest with Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
The summer signing from Wolverhampton Wanderers limped off the field in the first half of his side's 3-2 success over Burnley on August 30, and at the time, it appeared that he could be set for a lengthy spell out.
Man United did not directly confirm a hamstring issue for the Brazilian, but he did appear to be holding that area of his leg when he went straight down the tunnel during the Premier League affair.
The 26-year-old pulled out of the Brazil squad, and it had been feared that he could be facing weeks on the sidelines.
However, Cunha took to social media on Sunday to suggest that he will be fit for the Manchester derby.

The attacker shared some images from a gym session on Sunday, captioning the post: "Sunday's", with a smirking smile emoji, suggesting that a return for the Manchester derby is on the cards.
It is unlikely that a clear picture will emerge until later in the week, while head coach Ruben Amorim will be asked about his injury situation during his press conference on Friday.
However, rumours throughout the last week have suggested that Cunha's withdrawal against Burnley was a precaution, with a spot on the field against Man City believed to be very much on the agenda.
Cunha has started all four of Man United's matches this season; he is yet to score, but the Brazilian has been a standout player for Amorim's side, so it would be a major blow for the Red Devils if he was missing for the derby.

Which other Man United players are injury doubts?
Man United will again definitely be without the services of Lisandro Martinez for the Manchester derby, as the Argentina international continues to recover from a serious knee injury.
Mason Mount will need to be assessed, having been replaced at the interval of the clash with Burnley, while Diogo Dalot pulled out of the Portugal squad during the international break and is also now a doubt for the game.
Noussair Mazraoui made his return from a hamstring injury against Burnley, though, and the club have not reported any further injury problems during the international break since Dalot's muscular issue was confirmed.
