Tom Cleverley to return from injury next week?

Manchester United midfielder Tom Cleverley is expected to make a swift return from injury, despite pulling out of the England squad.

The 22-year-old was forced to withdraw from the Three Lions' squad to face Holland along with teammate Wayne Rooney due to an ankle injury.

The playmaker has remained hopeful over a return to action and it appears that Cleverley will take to the field for United's Europa League match against Athletic Bilbao next week, according to the Manchester Evening News.

Cleverley is one of four English players that have withdrawn from international duty.
