Report: Manchester City planning Kevin de Bruyne swoop

Manchester City are reportedly plotting a summer move for former Chelsea winger Kevin De Bruyne.

Since leaving the West London club, De Bruyne has earned plaudits for his performances for Wolfsburg, including an eye-catching display in a recent 4-1 win against Bayern Munich.

Despite Wolfsburg repeatedly stating that the 23-year-old is not for sale, The People claims that City are not put off and will look to move for the winger at the end of the season.

It is thought that De Bruyne, who is also attracting interest from Manchester United, is valued at £27m.

Chelsea were even linked with a deal to re-sign the Belgian international, but De Bruyne is understood to be unwilling to move back to Stamford Bridge.
