Manchester City chase Senegal duo

Manchester City are reportedly aiming to boost their defensive prospects by tageting a pair of Senegal defenders.

Khassim Soumare, 20, and Ass Mandaw Sy, 22, will be offered trials with the Blues, according to The Sun.

The duo landed on Roberto Mancini's radar after they helped the Lions of Teranga to lift West Africa's UEMOA trophy last month.

Manchester City currently enjoy a five-point lead at the top of the Premier League.
