Manchester City plan Carlos Tevez, Ezequiel Lavezzi swap deal

Manchester City are reportedly preparing to bring Napoli striker Ezequiel Lavezzi to the Etihad Stadium in exchange for Carlos Tevez.

The Citizens, who have been linked with the Argentinian for a number of months, are hoping to secure a deal for the forward this winter, according to The People.

Napoli are understood to be interested in City's 27-year-old outcast, but are expected to keep hold of Lavezzi should they progress to the knockout stages of the Champions League.

Serie A outfits Milan, Inter and Juventus have also been linked with "El Pocho" since the summer window closed.
