Team News: Manuel Pellegrini names strong Manchester City team against West Ham United

Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini has named a strong team for their League Cup semi-final first-leg tie against West Ham United.

Edin Dzeko and Alvaro Negredo are the two strikers for the hosts this evening, with Samir Nasri, Yaya Toure, Javi Garcia and David Silva providing support from midfield.

Meanwhile, West Ham manager Sam Allardyce has included Roger Johnson in his starting lineup, just two days after signing the defender on loan from Wolverhampton Wanderers.
