Joe Hart frustrated by Manchester City exit

Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart has described his side's Champions League campaign as "frustrating" following their elimination on Wednesday night.

City were unable to get the win that they needed to keep their slim qualification hopes alive as they drew 1-1 with Real Madrid at the Etihad Stadium.

"It's been a bad campaign for us and it's incredibly frustrating," said Hart. "We have surprised ourselves in a very, very bad way."

City will go into their final game of the competition at the bottom of Group D with three points from five games.
