Liverpool are reportedly on the verge of signing striker Taiwo Awoniyi.
The 17-year-old has been linked with a move to FC Porto and Monaco in this window, but Liverpool appear to have stolen a march on their rivals.
The Daily Star claims that the Nigerian Under-23 international will have a medical tomorrow before signing a professional contract, and he may move out on loan immediately.
Awoniyo turns 18 this week.
