Liverpool target Hannover goalkeeper?

Liverpool are reportedly ready to fight with two German clubs for the signature of Hannover goalkeeper Ron-Robert Zieler.

Zieler has established himself as one of the leading keepers in Germany since leaving Manchester United in 2010 without making a senior appearance at Old Trafford.

According to Bild, Liverpool are interested in bringing Zieler back to England and are prepared to meet a release clause of £7m.

However, the Anfield outfit could face competition for his signature from Schalke 04 and Borussia Monchengladbach.
