Liverpool hand trial to young Belgian goalkeeper?

Liverpool have reportedly taken Belgian goalkeeper Jonathan de Bie on trial.

The 15-year-old, who started his career with Anderlecht, is currently on the books of KV Mechelen.

However, having been given the chance to make a mark at Anfield, De Bie has featured in a couple of youth matches for the Reds this week and he is also expected to play in at least one more before he returns to Belgium, according to the Daily Mail.

De Bie has trained with the Mechelen senior team, but so far his involvement on the pitch has been limited to Under-17 and Under-19 games.
