Juventus considering move for Liverpool defender Dejan Lovren?

Liverpool defender Dejan Lovren has reportedly emerged as a potential transfer target for Juventus.

The Croatia international is yet to feature for the Champions League winners since the start of the season, leading to speculation regarding his future.

While a move to Roma failed to materialise, Sky in Italy claims that the centre-back could be given the opportunity to sign for the Italian champions.

As a result of Giorgio Chiellini being ruled out for around six months with a serious knee injury, the Serie A giants are considering moving for a replacement.

Lovren has just under two years left on his contract at Anfield, although Jurgen Klopp may opt to use one of the club's prospects as backup if a big-money bid is made over the next 24 hours.

Bayern Munich's Jerome Boateng has also been linked with a switch to Turin.
