Kenny Dalglish 'planning £10m bid' for Wolves's Kevin Doyle

Kenny Dalglish is reportedly plotting a £10m offer to bring Wolves striker Kevin Doyle to Anfield.

The 27-year-old Ireland international is a key part of Mick McCarthy's side and was one of two goal scorers in yesterday's convincing defeat of Fulham.

According to the Daily Star, Dalglish sent a scout to Molineux yesterday and is now keen to secure a deal before the August 31 transfer deadline.

Arsenal have also been tracking Doyle, who joined Wolves from Reading for £6.5m in 2009.
