Tottenham Hotspur to swoop for Liverpool youngster Raheem Sterling?

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly planning an audacious swoop for Liverpool starlet Raheem Sterling.

According to the Daily Mail, the 17-year-old has become frustrated at the lack of first-team opportunities having yet to make his first team debut.

Sources close to the forward also claim that the England Under-18s star is struggling to settle in Merseyside following his move from Queens Park Rangers in 2010.

Sterling, who is expected to feature in tomorrow night's NextGen Series semi-final against Ajax, cost £500,000, but this could eventually rise as high as £6m.
