Daniel Sturridge returns to Liverpool training

Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge has returned to training with the squad following his comeback from injury.

The Reds striker has not featured since August after a succession of calf and thigh injuries, but last season's 21-goal forward resumed training on Sunday.

Sturrridge's last appearance for the Reds was in the 3-0 win over Tottenham Hotspur on August 31.
