Jermaine Beckford heading for Bolton Wanderers?

Leicester City striker Jermaine Beckford is reportedly close to joining fellow Championship outfit Bolton Wanderers.

The 29-year-old, who spent the second part of last season on loan at Huddersfield Town, joined the Foxes from Everton in 2012.

According to BBC Sport, the pacey frontman will undergo a medical at the Reebok Stadium this afternoon before signing terms on a long-term contract.

Beckford has also previously represented Leeds United.
