Vincent Pericard ended his two-year stint in retirement last night by turning out for Wessex Senior League side Moneyfields.
The 32-year-old, who spent time with the likes of Juventus, Portsmouth and Stoke City during his playing career, decided to quit the game in late 2012 following a spell with Havant & Waterlooville.
However, the striker ended his hiatus to feature for league leaders Moneyfields as they recorded a 1-0 win away at Folland Sports.
"Thank you for tonight's game. I've had fun and happy to have contributed to a victory. Top of the table! Great lads," he wrote on Twitter.
During his time with Juve, Pericard made one senior appearance, which came against Arsenal in the Champions League.
