Team News: Three changes for managerless West Bromwich Albion

Keith Downing takes charge of West Bromwich Albion's Premier League clash with Hull City today following the dismissal of Steve Clarke, and the caretaker boss has made three changes.

Ben Foster returns following a foot injury, while James Morrison and Scott Sinclair are also promoted to the starting XI.
