Owain Tudur-Jones has described himself as "excited" after sealing a move to Hibernian.
The 28-year-old believes that he needed a fresh challenge after two years with Inverness Caledonian Thistle.
The Wales international told the Daily Record: "Hibs are a massive club but there is also a history of under-achievement and that is something I hope to help rectify.
"The initial ambition is to finish in the top six but regardless of history, stadia and crowds you have to work hard to achieve anything in the SPL. The move to Hibs is a fresh challenge and one I'm really excited about.
"Throughout my career I've chased new challenges and not wanted to stand still and this is a new experience for me. Staying in Inverness has been an absolute joy and now I can't wait to move to Edinburgh and begin a new chapter in my career."
The midfielder made 48 appearances for Inverness.
